Shake off the winter blues with the first festival of the year. The IceBreaker Festival will have a myriad of vendors, food trucks and more to entertain everyone. A $5 entry fee gets you into the event. If you have a race ticket for the IceBreaker, admission is free. If you attend the festival and then want to see the IceBreaker race, it is simply a $10 upgrade.
